My experience at Bank of America was spent primarily in marketing group as an Associate Creative Director working on a wide range of marketing pieces and managing a creative staff of 8+ (Design/Editorial/UX). We were responsible for all marketing work that appeared on bankofamerica.com.

I was also given the assignment to be the creative lead on the home page redesign. Since it’s previous launch, we had learned quite a bit about user-behavior on this page and were looking to chart a new path for the whole site that would incorporate these learnings and invigorate the brand presence. The entire process was characterized by a dedication to multiple rounds of design/test/improve. Before settling on a final design we had gathered a massive amount of user feedback through focus groups, timed activities, eye tracking and heuristic evaluations culminating in a design that supported both our user and business goals.
